NFL delegation visited China for the first time

In the early Spring, China World Peace Foundation favorably received NFL delegation that visited China for the first time.
The delegation was leaded by Jack Brewer who was Chairman of US peace and Sport, and there were total 13 people visited Peace Garden including Minnesota Viking famous wide receiver Sidney Rice, former famous NFL player Barrett Green and other delegation members. Foreign diplomatic envoys in China, US embassy officials, Chinese government officials and major media representatives were also presented to witness the transoccanic cooperation that themed of peace.

China World Peace Foundation chairman Li Ruohong addressed ：“This year is the 40 anniversary of China and US ping-pong diplomacy that connected China and US together and broken the diplomatic ice as well as promoted the economic civilization of the two countries. China World Peace Foundation and it’s subsidiary China Peace and Sport Foundation has officially built cooperation relationship with US Peace and Sport. In the future, they will promote international and all countries people’s friendship with peace and sport bridge as well as nongovernmental diplomacy.
During the activity, Jack Brewer and Barrett Green vividly explained the football basic rule and different playing way to the guests, and China World Peace Foundation organized delectable Beijing Opera performance to them. Cheer and laughing was resounding in Peace Garden.
